Chopin's etude difficulty level?

Hi, I would like to know what's the difficulty level for Chopin's etude op.10-3 "Chanson de l'adieu"? I personally feel it's challenging in the middle part and one of my students (she's in Grade 4 and loves to learn this piece). I was thinking...why not? What do you think?
