Would Spencer agree that global warming has slowed?

You got to be kidding. It is a big bell curve with a bump at the end. Remove the bump and it is pretty even. Remove February and the graph changes dramatically. I would wait a few months to see what this year brings. Three of the four months have been relatively cold in 2009. It doesn't prove anything to me. Time will tell. I frankly wouldn't be surprised if it resumed warming but it hasn't yet been demonstrated to IMO.
