Do you think Marvel will have Neil Gaiman complete Miracleman?
Nope. Not unless Marvel and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane can play nice. There is an open lawsuit going on between the two. Both are claiming ownership of the stories and character when MiracleMan went into the public domain a long while back.
