Is it possible to (cosmetically) change the taillights on a 2003 SC430 to make it look like a 2007+ model?

ie Red/White configuration rather than the red/yellow? Are the lights as aftermarket parts (even OEM) the same size, mold, etc.? Thank you in advance.
