If Texas chokes and loses at least 1 game, do u think that the BCS should give TCU or BSU a chance?

I mean a chance at the BCS title game, we all know that in the SEC either Florida or Alabama will have to lose at least 1 game because they'll play each other in the SEC title game. If Texas loses at least 1 game, should the BCS consider giving the bid to either TCU or Boise St. if they go undefeated. I mean this year, TCU actually a pretty schedule with teams like Clemson, BYU, Utah, and Air Force. While BSU's schedule is slightly weaker, but they still played Oregon, Tulsa, Fresno St., Idaho(bowl team this year), and Nevada. I mean USC and Oregon are both out of the BCS title game picture, because they each currently have 2 losses. While Iowa finally lost, and Cincy might lose as well.
