Looks like you have your mind made up about seeking out the proper remedy here. You have been reading too many fairy tales about circision. Go to a doctor, get good advice, not from women who don't have a , or others who have some other axe to grind. Not getting the proper advice whether or not it is a circision is a rather foolish attitude to take. Sounds like going to the dentist when you have an earache.
