17 percent of the time, didn't call them in between the biweekly visits, doesn't take them anywhere or do anything with them, they just sit in his house, he pays minimal child support after asking not to pay for two years and didn't pay for nine months after separation, used physical punishment on your son, pulling his ear and dragging him up the stairs, telling the kids if they move he will never see them again, won't let the kids go to bday parties for thier friends on 'his time', for two hours, even when you offer to do all the driving just so the kids can be part of activities, won't let them be enrolled in sports becuase he wont take them on his time on the weekend, and when he had them for two weeks in the summer, refused to take them bike riding because your son had a flat tire and he left it, didnt bother pumping it up or fixing it, and isnt involved in thier schooling, would you feel bad about moving away with the kids to go to school and make a better life?
