I'm looking for a free/cheap online database that I can use for a work process that I use. Know of a good one?

I come across web sites that I want to contact owners of ... so I have a queue of URLs. I have a process that I want to follow and it's like following a 3 step flowchart. i want a database that I can use to work in that is fast and free. I use a mac / firefox most of the time.
