How to log on to my computer...Please read?

I couple of weeks ago i did something to get p the activation screen and it worked no problem. No I try to log on to my account and says i must activate my computer so I click yes and it says its already activated and then logs me off. Didi I do something wrong? Howe can I get onto my laptop?
