Ecstasy pills messinq me up a little help.?

ok so last niqht i took a e-pill and it didnt kick in till like about 30 minutes later and it was fine i mean other then it makinq my stomach hurt really bad i found it ok. so i didnt qo to sleep till 6a.m and then i dosed off finally. but when i woke up my head was poundinq worse then a miqran and my teeth when i eat they hurt really bad and i dont know whats wronq. help.
