Does metro still give money for old phones when you get a new one?

everytime ive gone in the past metro has given me about 50 for my old phones except last year because the little water thing in the phone turned purple meaning it had gotten wet so they only offered about 20. right now i want the blackberry but i have the finesse still and its pretty scratched up but hasnt gotten wet at all so does metro still do the thing where they give you a discount on your phone for your old one?
