Do u have to do some sort or spanish or other foreign language for the health science major at UC Santa Cruz?

i was lookin thru the uc santa cruz majors and i really wanted to do health sciences but it said something like you hafta b profiencient in like spanish or something..im a high school senior and its time for me 2 pick my major and apply for schools...
